Rock Your Future Employment, with 6 Job Criteria

On February 20 Forbes.com told its readers with a straight face that “the American job-generation machine rolls on. The economy will create 19 million new payroll jobs in the decade to 2014.” Forbes took its information from the 10-year jobs projections from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, US Department of Labor, released last December.

Maybe that should be written on the back of a sweat Shirt.

“Economy will have 19 million jobs by 2014″

Well what do you think?? Or is it a possible chance that the unemployed should Sweat Shirts that read

“I need a Job Call – Area Code-#”

I Need a Job!!!…. This could be the Sweat Shirt you could be wearing soon. And that is even if you have a job, because you are the next one out of the door… Yes, I, am talking to you the individual that is reading this article.

You are possible the individual that has been working most of your adult life for that one company. You know the one I am talking about, the one that guaranteed that if you worked for them you would have employment for the rest of your working life, which would also include a very good retirement package… And how.. Do you know that you are working for an excellent Company?? It is because that they told you so… If that is still the case, then that is just great. And you are possible the person that “ani’t seen the Football since the KickOff,” and still believe that Bret Fayre still works for the Green Bay Packers…

Or… Is it possible that I am talking to the person that could become a Business Coach, on how to look for a job? This is because you have been looking for one so long that you have made it an Art Form!!

How many times have you seen the signs that read “Jobs Hiring Now” only to find that the pay would not pay for the cost of gas to get you to and from the job?… You will also have to acknowledge that not all of the jobs are right down the street… Some are in other cities, across river in another state, some are across to the other end of the country and some are even out of countries.

Most will have to face the fact, that you are now in an area of Career Change, or you will possible be coming up on one.

Now… It is known that there are many good jobs being advertised and many companies are hiring; that is providing that you have the Qualifications, i.e. Knowledge, Education, Certification and Experience.

But before you jump head-long into finding a way to earn money you must ask yourself just what should be the criteria for my future employment.

This could possible be some of the FUTURE guidelines that you could follow:

Your future job should be Something which is Unique…Try to do some that is really a Specialized Craft or Art, something with a very limited resources…

Your future job should be Something that is Local… Something that cannot be Outsourced, jobs that involve personal face to face contact, Jobs that could be advertised on Emily’ List

Your future job should be Something that cannot be Shipped Overseas… Electrician, a Fireman, Physical, Trainer, Dentist, Nurse, Interior Designer, Personal Concierge, Robotics Technician

Your future job should make YOU Indispensable…Can you Collaborate Well, Synthesize well, work well across countries and cultures the make-up of the world is changing….

Your future job should be In the area of Language….Spanish, Japanese, Hindi, Mandarin if you have this skill you would have Power and influence……

Your future job should be A job that will improve your Math Skills…..Be able to Manipulate Data, Work with a Balance Sheet, know Basic Economics

If you are working for an excellent company right now I suggest that you think about your future. In the light of how our economy is doing right now, it is best that you start to think about alternative to your future career. You need to manage your future NOW!… An ask yourself, what are the 7 hottest jobs that will rock your future. As a passing thought…It is a possible chance that you will not need added employment in the future; but could it be that you and your family are the rock that holds everything together. It would be nice to know that you could be the backstop for them.

Home based business are great and online jobs may earn you quick money but these are the type of business that tend to isolate you from other individuals. Remember, that as you get older that isolation is not what you want…. stay involved…That is where the saying comes from “You Need to Get Out More”
